  • This program is designed to offer training to assist students with obtaining the EPA 608 certification license needed to work a technician in the trade. This is a 2-day course designed to prepare students for the (4) sections of testing. This is a 16-hour course.

  • This is the next level of training offered, which is designed to introduce students to the HVAC industry. This is a 60-hour course with 40 hours of classroom instruction and 20 hours of online/homework assignments. Tools, uniforms, books, HVAC simulator program. In addition to field trips and hands-on experience, students are prepared to enter the work field as a helper with prospective employers.
Building Engineer/Maintenance Technician Certificate Program

  • This more extensive training program is designed to introduce students to the commercial and residential building technician field. This is of the only programs currently offered which is tailored to the needs of the Industry which offers candidates the opportunity to be considered by firms such as JLL, Cushman Wakefield and CBRE. This is an 80-hour course of instruction in commercial plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Critical Facilities, fire life safety, work order management and much more. The course is completed over a two week period. The HVAC program and EPA 608 certification preparation and testing is included in this course, as well as the NATE-Ready-To Work certificate.
